How to submit a symposium

Groups of presenters may submit collections of linked papers. A maximum of two hours will be allocated to such sessions including discussion. 20 minutes will be allocated to each paper. Each symposium must include a short introduction.

Coordinators must obtain all the following information about the communications and send all the package to the organiser.

Information required for the symposium

1: Title 4: Address
2: Type of presentation (poster, oral communication or symposium) 5: List of participants including chairman and discussants
3: Coordinator 6: Abstract (200 words maximum)

 

Information required for each paper in the symposium

1: Title 7: Main author's electronic address
2: Type of presentation (poster, oral communication or symposium, give the name of the symposium) 8: Language (French or English)
3: Author(s) (presenting author in block capitals) 9: Abstract (200 words maximum)
4: Institution (University) 10: Key words (5 maximum)
5: Country 11: Equipment needed (slide projector or transparent projector)
6: Main author's postal address  

 Send information by electronic mail or by regular mail (ASCII PC disk with main author's name with one printed copy)
