The IUT in Amiens was created in 1968 and is part of the Public Higher Education within the University of Picardie Jules Verne.
AIMS
- To train students to a level where they are operational on leaving the IUT and armed with a diploma at 'baccalauréat plus 2 years study level or 'bac' + 3 years on leaving. These diplomas are recognised by collective agreements
- To enable fast adaptation from being a graduate to working in the technical, economic and social environment that a company offers.
- To give the scientific and technical tools needed allowing the finest students to further their studies (engineering, business school)
