Since the 2008-2011 contract was implemented, CURAPP has had two sites.
In addition to our facilities in the historical heart of Amiens, in the “Cathedral" UPJV academic complex, our research organization also has two offices on the UPJV Campus in Amiens.
The Cathedral UPJV Site is composed of two buildings with a total surface of 20,000 square meters. It hosts a library, the Faculties of Economy, Law and Social Sciences, as well as IPAG, (Institut de Préparation à l’Administration Générale), an administration executive education institute.
CURAPP uses 300 square meters of office space on the Fourth floor of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, with IT equipped offices (1 work station or more per office, including a computer, a printer, a telephone and an internet connection). Some of the telephone lines provide international access.
South of Amiens, the UPJV Campus hosts the university administration and the Faculties of Philosophy, Human Sciences and Social Sciences. In building E, rooms E319 and E323 are devoted to CURAPP.
CURAPP IT equipment is mainly composed of 33 desktop computers (9 Imac and 24 PC), 6 laptops that can be borrowed for short periods, and 10 connected printers.
On the Cathedral premises, the mutualized room devoted to doctoral students is equipped with 8 work stations.
9 more work stations are available in the research library (Centre de Documentation Recherche).
A collective photocopier and 4 scanners are available as well.
Meeting rooms and conference halls
The UPJV meeting rooms and lecture halls (60 to 600 seats) are available upon reservation for scientific events.
As well, thanks to the technical help of UPJV, several multimedia devices are available to laboratory members.
The research library holds approximately 6,500 books, as well as 40 journals in the fields of political science, sociology, French public and private law, European law. It also has a variety of common use reference works (law codes, dictionaries, permanent dictionaries, schoolbooks). Doctoral theses and Master’s dissertations are also available.
Permanently updated at CURAPP, this website provides information on the work of laboratory members. (Seminar and colloquium news, work reports, CVs, partnerships, etc.)
