How to enrol at UPJV as an international student ?

(The following procedure does not apply to students coming within exchange programmes).

You are from an EU country

You need to complete a ‘Validation of Academic Credentials Form’ (see the ‘Contact’ link at the bottom of this page) specifying your qualifications and the exact title of the course that you would like to follow.
The file must be sent to us before 15th September 2015.

Access to a University Technical Diploma (DUT), to vocational degrees, to second year Master’s programmes and other courses such as IAE, & IPAG is via an application form that can be downloaded from the website or requested from the Student Affairs Department indicated on course details form.

Warning : whatever the procedure followed, the final registration will still be subject to the presentation of the original copies of diplomas and the study visa.

If you are from a country outside the EU

1. If your country has a Campus France centre : You must register on this site. Check the list of eligible countries on the www.campusfrance.org

2. If your country does not have a Campus France centre : If you wish to enrol in the first year of a Bachelor’s Degree course, you need to download a pre-enrolment application form, available from 15th November and return it by 22nd  January.

You will also need to take the French Knowledge Test (TCF) upon arrival at UPJV.

If you wish to enrol in the 2nd or 3rd years of a Bachelor’s Degree or in the 1st year of a Master’s programme you need to complete a ‘Validation of Academic Credentials Form’ (see the ‘Contact’ link at the bottom of this page).

The file must be sent to us before 1st June 2015.

If you wish to enrol in a vocational degree, in the second year of a Master’s programme master 2 or other courses such as IAE, & PAG, access is via an application form that can be downloaded from the website or requested from the Student Affairs Department indicated on course details form.

If you wish to enrol on a PhD course, you need to contact one of the two doctoral schools (Doctoral School in the Humanities and Social Sciences, Doctoral School of Science and Health).

Registration takes place in September on Campus (the only registration point for international students).
