A description of the development of the Cork CABAS’ School Project will be provided, outlining the history associated with bringing a comprehensive behaviour analytic school to Cork. The role of the parents, choosing staff, staff training, and beginning instruction will be summarised. The ongoing training model will be described and compared to other training approaches in non US countries.
