Description des travaux de recherche
Les cyclodextrines amphiphiles sont de potentiels vecteurs de principes actifs grâce à leur cavité hydrophobe capable d'inclure et de véhiculer des molécules hydrophobes. L'objectif de ce projet est la synthèse de β-cyclodextrines modifiées de type peptidolipidyl-cyclodextrines, portant une ou plusieurs longues chaînes carbonées via un bras espaceur. Ces dérivés ont été choisis à cause de la formation de liaisons amides relativement stables. La capacité de ces composés à former des structures organisées pourraient en faire de bon transporteurs. De plus, ils mimeraient les caractéristiques structurales des phospholipides des membranes et pourraient ainsi vectoriser des composés biologiquement actifs vers des cellules cibles.
