Description des travaux de recherche

Mise au point de nouvelles méthodes de modifications chimiques régio et stéréosélectives de glucides. Synthèse de prodrogues.
Synthèse d'analogues d'alcaloïdes indolizidines et pyrrolizidines polyhydroxylés inhibiteurs potentiels de glycosidases.
Activation des hydroxyles anomère et primaire de monosaccharides, étude de la réactivité d' intermédiaires sulfites cycliques, création de liaisons carbone-oxygène, carbone-azote ou carbone-carbone Application à la synthèse de glycomolécules hétérocycliques.
Utilisation d'intermédiaires sulfates cycliques pour la transformation régiosélective d'aldoses application à la synthèse de pseudo-oligosaccharides.
Modification chimique régiosélective d'oligoglucuronanes par voie micro-onde.
Synthèse de l'acide cyanurique par trimérisation de l'urée sous irradiation micro-ondes.
Extraction et caractérisation de principes actifs de rhizome de plante, extraction d'alcaloïdes tropaniques chez Datura innoxia.
